Bobbie Jo is a Nike Trainer, Head Trainer at Rumble Boxing, and Corrective Exercise Specialist with more than 8 years of experience in the fitness industry.

She’s worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them unlock their physical and mental potential through training that’s equal parts elite-level and real-life approachable.

While her coaching spans across demographics, Bobbie Jo is especially passionate about women’s health. She incorporates cycle syncing and personalized strategies to help women work with their bodies, not against them… all while making fitness sustainable, effective, and fun.
